India has one of the richest varieties
of forests where exotic wildlife abounds in stunning natural settings.
Day 1: Receive at New Delhi.
Help and assist. Check in at hotel. Evening sound and light show
at Red Fort.
Day
2: Daylong sightseeing of Old Delhi and New Delhi.
Evening free to shop around the busy Connaught Place.
Day 3: After breakfast, drive down
to Sariska, the famous wildlife sanctuary. Afternoon jungle
safari.
Day 4: Sariska, morning jungle
safari. After breakfast, drive down to Jaipur.
Day 5: Jaipur, day sightseeing of
the City Palace Complex and Amber Fort. Evening
at ethnic village resort to enjoy folk dances and Rajasthani food.
Day
6: Ranthambore, after reaching Sawai Madhopur,
jungle safari in jeeps to see the rare Indian tigers at the Ranthambore
National Park.
Day 7: Ranthambore, morning
and evening jungle safari.
Day
8: Checking in at Bharatpur, excursion to Deeg to see
the elaborate water palaces built by Raja Surajmal Jat.
Day 9: Early morning visit to Keoladeo
Ghana National Park for the unbelievable variety of native and
migratory birds which can be seen effortlessly. Driving towards
Agra visit the abandoned town Fatehpur Sikri. At Agra
in the later half of the day visit the Taj Mahal and Agra
Fort. Evening free to relax.
Day
10: Orchha, a virgin historical site picturesquely located
by the banks of Betwa River. The place with its beautiful palaces
and thematic chambers is still almost untouristic.
Day 11: Orchha, visit the Fort,
Raj Mahal palace, Raj Praveen Mahal Palace, Jehangir palace and
the Royal Chhattries (cenotaphs). Also visit Raja Ram temple, the
only place where Lord Rama is worshipped as a king. After lunch
drive down to Khajuraho.
Day
12: Khajuraho, morning tour to eastern and western group
of outstanding temples. Optional trip to Raneh Falls. Enjoy light
and sound show in the evening.
Day 13: Five hours drive to Bandhavgarh
National Park, an ideal place to view a wide variety of wildlife.
Jungle safari by Jeeps.
Day 14: Bandhavgarh, jungle
safari on elephant back to spot tiger, gaur and other wild animals.
Day 15: Drive to one of India's best
place to see the Tiger, Kanha National Park. It is the park which
Kipling wrote about in Jungle Book.
Day
16: Kanha, morning and noon jungle trip in Jeep to view
the abundant wildlife.
Day 17: Drive to Kawardha palace.
Spend two days in warm hospitality, trek in the forests, visiting
temples, meeting tribal people and appreciating the beauty and character
of the palace.
Day
18: Kawardha, walking tours around the palace to explore
the untouched natural beauty.
Day 19: Transfer to Raipur
airport for flight to New Delhi. Day at discretion in New
Delhi till the time of departure. Your package end on this day.
